Tra gli appuntamenti da segnare in agenda spiccano la Fiera internazionale del tartufo bianco d’Alba, vera calamita per appassionati e curiosi, la Fiera Regionale del Tartufo di Montiglio Monferrato e le atmosfere urbane di Buonissima: cibo, arte e bellezza a Torino. Accanto a questi grandi nomi, sagre come la Sagra della castagna e del fungo di Rossana, la Fiera della Vendemmia di Villarbasse e le tante feste dedicate ai sapori d’autunno disegnano un itinerario diffuso tra colline, pianure e valli alpine.
